Automated inspection process Assurance of high reliability and quality through total inspection for mechanical properties (PT, MD, OF, RF) and electrical properties (dielectric, contact resistance) of assembled Micro Switch

Automated assembly line 80 million Micro Switches can be produced per a year with 6 automation line and retains various types of operating force, Lever, and rating, as well as order production according to the customer's requirement.

Mechanical properties inspection process Inferior products that are not appropriate for the product specification are automatically filtered out from the line through inspection process for mechanical properties of Micro Switch estimating Operation Force (OF, RF) and Operating Distance (PT, MD).

Electrical properties inspection process Inferior products that are not appropriate for the product specification are automatically filtered out from the line through diselectric, contact resistance, and current test with inspection process for electrical properties of Micro Switch.
